EEmmentaler cheese is famous for its large holes, also referred to as “eyes” created during the ripening process. It is popular all over the world for its sweet and nutty aromatic flavour. While backing, it forms a great crust with a bit of melting. Its is also avaiable in 15kg and 3kg loaves.
