We have the great pleasure of informing you about the opening of the Chocolate Academy Belgrade, the 25th chocolate academy in the world, after Athens, Dubai, Milan, Chicago, etc., which is set to become the regional center for education and professional training in the domains of patisserie and chocolate innovation.

Chocolate Academy is a service brand of the Barry Callebaut Group , aiming to support the craft sector in pastry manufacturing and encourage and motivate professional chefs to excel at what they do by allowing them to take their knowledge, expertise, and business operations to the next level.

The idea is to support professionals regarding all technical issues related to chocolate, enable them to proactively approach the latest innovations, techniques, tools and trends, and help them master the fine art of handling chocolate.

Ourmission

To provide theoretical and practical knowledge through courses, training and applicable guidelines prepared by our renowned experts and advisors.

Our expected target group includes both small and large pastry manufacturers and distributors, buyers, artisans, professionals, and semi-professionals.

Nearly a decade of experience working in renowned restaurants and pastry shops in Russia, the United Arab Emirates, Serbia and Montenegro.

Prime Consulting provides training and education, consulting services, manufacturing of new chocolate desserts, and improvement of business activities and cake sales to its customers.

With the support of Barry Callebaut and the Chocolate Academy in Belgrade, including a visit to the restaurant, production facility, or Ilona Radović's pastry shop.

Activities provided to our customers through training sessions and workshops include

technical support, demonstrations – practical work, courses with local chefs or internationally recognized and experienced guest chefs, client training, and open days when all those interested (should the epidemiological situation allow) will be able to learn more about our mission and ideas we plan to realize in Belgrade. You will also have the opportunity to take a peek into the world of the first chocolate academy in the region.
