Description
Dark chocolate with a beautifully intense taste, which does not contain added sugar. Its pleasant sweetness comes from maltitol, rounded off with natural bourbon vanilla. The taste and sensation in the mouth are very close to the taste of our traditional chocolates.
Finished products made from this chocolate can be promoted under the “no added sugar” label if the finished recipe does not contain any added sugar: e.g., pralines, chocolates or tablets with fillings in which the filling does not contain added sugar, or in which a sweetener has replaced sucrose.
