Edam is a traditioal Dutch cheese that is famous for its perfectly balanced fresh and savoury flavour. During the backing process, its melt evenly and forms a delicious crust. Edam has a golden brown colour with medium browning. Its is also avaiable in 15kg and 3kg loaves.
