It has an intense yet balanced chocolate taste dominated by a solid body of roasted cacao, powerful bitter notes, and fresh fruity hints. Due to the small amounts of liquid ingredients (60%), it is ideal for baking, making all kinds of desserts, hollow figures, molding, aromatizing ganaches, mousses, creams, and fillings. It is made from fine cacao beans, 100% pure cacao butter, and natural bourbon vanilla. Suitable for vegetarians, gluten-free.
